Welcome to Precious Pages Your eBookstore, the website and online service of Precious Pages Corp. (PPC) . This page explains the terms by which you may use our Service. By accessing or using the eBookstore Services, website and software provided through or in connection with the service ("Service"), you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement"), whether or not you are a registered user of our Service. All offers, orders, purchases and/or sales of eBooks and other products and services of eBookstore are governed by these Terms and Conditions.

PPC reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time and without notice. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future Terms of Use, do not use or access this Service. This Agreement applies to all users, whether registered or not and others who access the Service ("Users").
You may access areas of the eBookstore that require registration by becoming a registered member and creating an account with us. You agree to be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your passwords or other account identifiers which you choose and all activities that occur under your account.

USE OF SERVICE

By registering on the eBookstore, you agree that your account and password are personal to you and may not be used by anyone else to access the eBookstore. You will not do anything which would assist anyone who is not a registered user to gain access to any registration of the eBookstore and its services. You will not create accounts for the purpose of abusing the functionality of this website, or other users, nor will you seek to pass yourself off as another user. You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or account by others.

PAID SERVICES

A. All prices for products and services are offered without engagement and are valid for the period of time as indicated in this website. PPC reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

B. Products and services are available for purchase by using Paypal or eLoad (for more details please read FAQ).

C. eBook purchased cannot be returned, printed, refunded, or exchanged once they have been downloaded onto your device/s. You can login to your account by using up to three (3) authorized gadgets or devices.

RESTRICTIONS ON USE

D.  eBooks are designed to be read on your gadgets or devices only.

E. You shall not make any alterations to, or modifications of, the whole or any part of the eBook nor permit the eBook or any part of it to be combined with, or become incorporated in any other documents.

F. You shall not share, lease, loan, rent, sell, license, sublicense, transfer, network, reproduce, display, distribute, translate, or otherwise make any of the eBook available to any other person for any commercial purposes.

G. You shall use the services provided herein for lawful purposes only. You shall not post or transmit through this website any material that (i) violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others, (ii) is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane or otherwise objectionable, or (iii) encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, gives rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law. Without PPC’s express written permission, you shall not post or transmit through this website any material that contains advertising or any solicitation with respect to products or services. You shall not use this website to advertise or perform any commercial solicitation, including, without limitation, the solicitation of users to become subscribers of other on-line information services.

PPC is relieved from any liability arising from your use of any third party website or services or third party owned content,

The service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. N. All rights, obligations, offers and agreements contained in these Terms and Conditions, are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. All disputes between parties are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Court in the Philippines.

O. In the event that any part of these Terms and Conditions is declared void, invalid or ineffective for any reason whatsoever by a competent authority, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected and shall continue to be valid and binding.
